Access to the Web Site is free of charge. No registration, user account creation or personal data entry is required for informational use.

This site aims to provide information about the rural accommodation managed by Masias Ferran S.L., as well as to facilitate direct contact for inquiries and reservations.

There is no electronic contracting or online reservations. Reservations are processed exclusively through direct contact by e-mail or telephone.

All contents of the Web Site, including text, images, logos, graphic design, structure, source code, and other elements, are owned by Masias Ferran SL or third parties with whom they have signed transfer or license agreements, and are protected by the current legislation on intellectual and industrial property.

6. Terms and Conditions

6.1. Description of the service

Masias Ferran S.L. offers exclusively the direct rental of a rural house of familiar character, without intermediarieswithout intermediaries or third party booking platform linked to our website.

All relevant information (capacities, available dates, prices, accommodation rules, etc.) is communicated personally to interested parties by email or telephone.

6.2. Reservation and payment procedure

In case the reservation is confirmed, an advance payment may be requested by bank transfer bank transfer. The remaining amount will be paid according to the conditions agreed in each case.

6.3. Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be made in writing via the e-mail address provided. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, the following general policy shall apply:

  • Cancellations up to 30 days before: refund of 50% of the deposit.
  • Cancellations with less than 30 days: no refund of the deposit.

7. Protection of personal data

This website does not have forms or mechanisms for automated collection of personal data.

The personal data provided voluntarily by the User via email or telephone will be processed exclusively to manage the request for information or reservation.

8. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

These General Conditions shall be governed by Spanish law.
